How do you report incidents in your organization? With pen & paper? Emails? MS Word docs? Or a proprietary software you paid a lot of money for 10 years ago? You'd be surprised to find out how many organizations both big & small today are still stuck with the same tools we were using last century. We know because we asked them. NtraHub Incident was created from the ground up for modern organizations facing modern problems while utilizing the latest bleeding-edge technologies.
Whether you have a single location or hundreds of locations worldwide, NtraHub Incident can meet your organization’s needs for incident reporting. Create as many incident types as you want. Then, you and your team members can report incidents right from the app at a moment’s notice. In fact, most incident reporting is done in 2 minutes or less. You can also subscribe your team members or user groups to an incident, so they can be notified whenever there is an update to the incident.
Manage all your current and past incidents from 10,000 feet, quite literally via the map view, or filter, sort, search through just a subset of your incidents via the list view. Decide which of your team members should be in the loop for a particular incident, add pictures related to the incident, start a conversation, or close down the incident all from the Incident Management view.
NtraHub is what powers all of our apps. When you report an incident with NtraHub Incident or complete an assessment with NtraHub Assessment, your data gets encrypted and stored away securely. You then get to decide exactly which members of your team or user groups can access your data thanks to the incredible levels of control you get with the User/Group Permission settings provided by NtraHub.
NtraHub is not your typical backend server. In fact, it was originally developed for Nike to close down the feedback loop between its global network of stores and the central HQ. It not only succeeded in its job but soon expanded to take on more responsibilities to support their ever-growing business.
Now it is easier than ever to adopt this enterprise only platform for your own organization, no matter the size.

Invite your team members and set their default role. Now you are done. Do you want more finer controls? Sure, now go to the User Management page and open up the user you want to manage. From here, you can change the permission settings for the user at the resource level.
For example, change the permission settings for "Incident" to Read Only. Now, the user can only view the existing incidents and cannot modify them. Or change the user's permission settings for "Assessment" to Denied. Now, the user cannot access the Assessment resources even if the user belongs to a group that allows access to the Assessment resources.
Manage your team members like a pro by assigning them to different user groups. You can then easily manage your whole team by allocating different resources to the different user groups.
Let's say you've created COVID-19 Task Force with 5 of your team members. Now, whenever there's a new incident related to COVID-19, the incident reporter can set the COVID-19 Task Force user group to receive the notification emails with a single click.
You can also manage the permission settings at the user group level. For example, by granting Delete permission for "User Management" to the user group "Managers", all users in the Managers group, can add/modify/remove other users in your organization even if the "manager" user doesn't normally have the right permissions.
NtraHub provides you with both role-based permission settings and resource-based permission settings. You can use just one or both at the same time.
If you are looking for the simplest way to implement access control within your organization, just assign your team members into one of the roles provided when you invite them.
When you want finer control over exactly who can access what, you can delve into the resource-based permission settings on top of the existing role-based settings. You can apply the resource-based permission settings on both the individual user level or the user groups.
For example, Barry has the role of Member. The Member role gives him READ access to all system resources but no WRITE and DELETE access. But by being a part of a user group that has a broader access level, he now can enjoy the same level of access provided to him by the user group.
This same tool can also be used to block any users or user groups from accessing specific resources. Let's say we create a new user group named Under Investigation and set its access level to DENIED on all available resources. Now, any team member who is added to Under Investigation would have their access denied on all of the resources. The DENIED access level can override any other access level granted to the user.
Whether you have a single location or hundreds globally, NtraHub can help you manage them easily.
Create as many locations as your subscription tier allows. Once you enter the full address of your location, NtraHub will automatically calculate its geographic location and drop a pin on the map. You can then report incidents and complete assessments on those locations.
Search your locations with any associated data easily from Location Management. Filter through your locations with specific criteria and find them on the map. Find all active and closed incidents and assessment history for a specific location.
Are you a part of multiple organizations or multiple departments/groups that use NtraHub apps? No worries! With NtraHub, you can join multiple organizations with a single user account. Also, when you create a free user account, you are allowed to create an organization for free.
A NtraHub subscription gives you access to all NtraHub apps. Even the free account allows you to share your data across all our apps via NtraHub. When you upgrade your subscription, you are not just upgrading a single app, you are upgrading all your NtraHub apps. The more apps you use, the more value you get out of your subscription.
